Dial-a-Doctor provides phone-based medical guidance through qualified healthcare professionals. Our service includes:

• Medical information and guidance
• Symptom assessment and advice
• Recommendations for appropriate next steps
• General health education

We do NOT provide: emergency medical treatment, prescriptions, formal diagnoses, or substitute for in-person medical care.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service independently. Minors may use the service with parental or guardian consent and supervision.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our service, you agree to:
